All designs are original to and created by Moose Threads. I am an avid crocheter and navy wife who began making my own designs in an effort to soothe the creative outlet I had lost upon our latest change of duty station.
I was a sports/features reporter for newspaper in California – a job at which I met my husband. I love working with all types of materials, especially brightly-colored wool yarns – although I don’t shy away from acrylics either.
I love creating whimsical applique designs and am not afraid to attempt crazy pattern or color combinations..*¨)

Some of the things you will find are
Baby bibs (many baby bibs) crocheted baby blankets, hats and maybe a bootie or two.
Crocheted dish cloths and srubbies.
Crocheted blankets.
And a few quilted and hand sewn items.

Most of the Items you will find are not that expensive. I try to offer my Items at a low price but high quality because I know that times are rough for most right now. I love to sew and crochet so selling my items at a reasonable cost lets me keep doing what I love and lets you have a great deal.

Right now I’m working on getting a few patterns created and put into PDF format for sale. Some of them will include my Apple Cozy and iPhone Cozy patterns. All patterns will be copyright and non-reproducible but I will allow the items made from my patterns to be sold in limited quantities. I will be keeping everyone updated with my progress, along with pictures of the finished items through my blog. Please come back and check them out on Jan 1st 2010.
